1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 888king ("Company", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 888king.vin website, mobile application, services, and all content provided by 888king.

2User Eligibility

3Account Registration & Management

Each player is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at 888king. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, different devices, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and considered a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including:

• Full name as per identity card or passport;
• Your exact date of birth;
• An active email address that belongs to you;
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number;
• Bank account details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 888king will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your credentials secure.

4Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

888king supports a wide range of fast and secure deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed through licensed payment gateways with full encryption.

All withdrawals must be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, unless special approval has been granted by the 888king support team. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

888king offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or related winnings can be made.

• Welcome Bonus: Subject to a minimum rollover requirement of 20x the total bonus amount received;

6Game Rules & Fairness

Players agree to abide by the specific rules of each game available on the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, 888king's system records shall be deemed the final and binding record.

• Any internet connection disruption during a gaming session is entirely the player's responsibility;
• 888king is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions on the player's end;
• If a technical disruption occurs on 888king's end, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded;
• The use of bots, automation software or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited User Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the 888king platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering using a false identity or another person's identity;

8Identity Verification (KYC)

As a responsible platform, 888king conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure security and legal compliance. This process may be required during registration or prior to your first withdrawal.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Address Verification: Utility bill, bank statement, or official letter showing your current name and address (not older than 3 months);
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or copy of the bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit.

9Account Suspension & Closure

888king reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe;
• Self-exclusion request by the player;
• Orders from legal authorities or regulators;
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, 888king reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as compensation. For inactive account closures, any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon completion of the required identity verification process.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 888king customer support team. Such requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, and the net balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned via the original payment method.

10Liability Cap
